The quality of our foie gras begins at the source.

Our raw goose and duck livers come from farms committed to complying with the Euro Foie Gras Charter, developed by the European Federation of Foie Gras Producing Countries.

This charter sets strict requirements in terms of farming practices, traceability, and animal welfare.

The geese and ducks are raised outdoors, using traditional methods, on small-scale farms.

Their feed consists solely of natural ingredients—corn, wheat, and water—and is guaranteed GMO-free.

This demanding choice of farming methods and partners results in foie gras with a rich aroma, fine texture, and intense flavor, while ensuring respect for animal welfare and the fundamental values of our company.
