From father to son, Georges BRUCK is a manufacture in the original sense of the word, a production unit where all operations are done by hand by trained cooks, who know the gestures and know-how related to the transformation of foie gras: it is necessary to know how to select the livers, to work the product with gentleness and respect, and to watch over the temperatures and cooking times. Faithful to this artisanal production, our factory concentrates exclusively on its core activity: the « Foie Gras de Strasbourg », whether it is goose or duck. This family specificity combined with a particular manual know-how and a rich seasoning of several spices gives our Georges BRUCK foies gras an inimitable taste. Our foies gras are appreciated by generations of gourmets all over the world who literally fall in love with this delicacy.
