Description :
Real foie gras cooked in a cloth. Prepared the traditional way by hand and cooked in its cloth in our artisanal factory. This process, combined with a slow and gentle cooking process, reveals the musky flavours of duck foie gras enhanced by a blend of over 12 herbs and spices.

Guaranteed GMO-free, antibiotic-free, reduced nitrite salt content

Ingredients: Duck liver, edible salt, spices, preservative: sodium nitrite
Allergens: none

Storage: unopened, can be stored for 2 months in the refrigerator (between 0 and +4°C).

Tasting advice :
200g ideal for 3 to 4 people.

Remove from the fridge 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Open the vacuum bag and remove the fabric. Dip a knife in very hot water before cutting each slice of foie gras. Serve directly on a plate and enjoy with a good loaf of lightly toasted country bread.
