Gift box « The Duck » is a case made up of specialities of our Manufacture. It is composed of a Pure Rillette of Duck 140g, a jar of Whole Duck Foie Gras with Madera aspic 50g, a block of Duck Foie Gras 80g and a confit of Pinot Noir Wine from Alsace 85g.

Tasting advice:

Ice before serving, remove from refrigerator ten minutes before eating. Open the verrines and slide the contents onto a plate. Cut slices with a knife dipped in very hot water, serve directly on a plate and enjoy with a good lightly toasted bread.
