Description :
Kampot pepper is a rare pepper. Its taste is both intense and subtle, with floral notes mixed with a slightly sweet flavour. Very nice association with duck foie gras which gives it an incomparable length in the mouth.

Guaranteed GMO-free, antibiotic-free.

Ingredients: Duck foie gras, edible salt, Kampot pepper 1%.
Allergens: none

Storage: unopened, the lobe can be stored for 9 months in the refrigerator (between 0 and +4°C).

Tasting advice :

Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before serving. Open the tray by removing the lid, spread the edges and slide the contents onto a plate. Cut thick slices with a knife dipped in very hot water, serve directly on a plate and enjoy with a good loaf of lightly toasted country bread.
