The Poulrtry pack is composed of 1 Pure Rillette of Goose 140G, 1 Confit of chicken liver with Riesling Wine 140g and 1 Mousse of duck liver 140g.

Entirely shredded by hand, without fat or pork meat, our Pure Rillette of Goose will surprise you with their gustatory qualities.

Discover our succulent Confit of Chicken liver and Terrine and Riesling wine, with the good taste of our Alsatian soil.

Mousse of Duck liver: a smooth and fragrant mousse, to be enjoyed with a good slice of lightly toasted country bread, accompanied by bread, salads, pickles…

Guaranteed GMO-free, antibiotic-free, no artificial colouring.

Ingredients Pure Rillette of Goose: Goose meat, goose fat, edible salt, spices, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Ingredients Confit of Chicken liver with Riesling: Pork, poultry liver 40%, duck fat, eggs, milk protein, Riesling, Cognac, edible salt, spices, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Ingredients Mousse of Duck: Duck liver, poultry liver, duck fat, water, eggs, port, wheat flour, spices, milk powder, sugar, ascorbic acid. 

Allergens: wheat, milk

Storage: unopened, the jar can be stored for 4 years in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
